About the CD
"refreshing, lively, melancholic, virtuosic, and original -- simply, A PERFECT HIT!"
Vier Sterne! (FOUR STARS)" (Saarbrücker Zeitung)

Feedback from the audience
"Your music was so stirring we just couldn't sit still, and had to move to the rhythm despite the heat.
It was simply gigantic, we just couldn't get enough! Thank you for that wonderful evening!"
"You manage to create a link between the cultures without ever falling into clichés. Bravo!"

"Hats off!" "surprise of the evening"
"(...)
even after the first of the three bands from the region had started playing,
people still tried to enter the completely sold out villa leon.
The air was becoming thick, but it was fully worth it.(...)
The surprise of the evening was the young "global shtetl band". Three guys who follow the traces of
Yiddish music to as far as South America.
Mastermind, Singer, bass player and cittern player Markus Mueller enchants not only
the ladies in the audience when he dances on the stage, and then says tongue in cheek:
"Contrary to you I do have space to dance!".
It's too bad, because the Chacha-, rumba- and salsa-grooves of the excellent
drummer Daniel Piccon really make you want to dance! Hats off! (...)"
(Peter Gruner in Nürnberger Nachrichten, 1. Mai 2006
about the concert at Villa Leon, 29. April 2006)
